Gernot Rohr impressed by new Super Eagles & Bordeaux striker Josh Maja, lauds his versatility.

Super Eagles Head coach Gernot Rohr has revealed he is impressed by the versatility of Bordeaux young star Josh Maja, making the case for the former Sunderland striker that he is very capable of playing in three offensive positions.       

Maja was given his international debut by Rohr when he replaced Victor Osimhen in Nigeria's 2-2 draw with Ukraine in September and in October and November, he scored 4 goals, 2 assists) in 8 matches, including a hat-trick vs Nimes in the French league.

Now Rohr has revealed the Super Eagles player has been watched by the NFF technical team since he played in the English League one, before he made the transition to the French Premiership.
